The series ‘IRIS – HSC’ is the largest series of our company. Designed to cover large areas and a wide range of crops such as corn, beets, peas, tobacco etc. Manufactured version only hydraulically folding “HSC”. Available in numbers of cultivating rows: 8- rows, 12- rows, with distances between plants from 40-50cm & 70cm to 80m.

General description:
Inter row cultivator with 3 or 5 tines on each element, with or without hydraulic folding, with tillage and fertilizer distributor (optional). The series IRIS is equipped with tines type S ’32×12 Italian origin and sweeps 10cm and 22cm. The special construction in conjunction with the shock absorbers (oil) in each element, enabling speed increment on the field without losing contact with the soil and affect the driver.

  High strength double frame with dimensions 100X100 and ‘HSC’ hydraulic folding.

• Element Type Choice
  Great selection of elements:
  • ES-F *: 3 tines type ‘S’ with sweeps 10cm + 1 center tine with sweep 22cm
  • ES-3: 2 tines type ‘S’ with sweeps 15cm + 1 central tine with sweep 22cm
  • ES-B: 2 tines type ‘L’ fin 20cm + 1 central tine with sweep 35cm

  * The appropriate element selection for the series IRIS “S” are the elements ES-F, nevertheless these are available and the types above.

• Shock Absorber
  Each element is equipped with shock absorbers (oil), so as to restore it the soil. Each damper has hardness setting (reset).

• Frame Wheels
  Two frame wheels of high resistance as standard. The wheels support the weight of the machine and help in the pull of the tractor. Mechanical depth setting to adjust the working depth of whole machine.
• Element Wheeles
  Wheels of 220mm diameter equip each element with double ball bearings and mechanical depth setting.

• Plan Protective Discs
  The protective discs are standard on the series “HSC” to protect plants from the risk of covering by soil that rises from the tines or also by the possibility of destruction of the plant (cutting plants) in case of driver mistake because of the dense plant spacing (45cm).

• Fertilizer Distributor
  The series ‘S’ has the ability to adapt three different types of fertilizer hopper:
  1. Double FS 600ss
     The newer generation fertlizer hopper made of stainless steel. The main characteristic is precision in lubrication and uniform emptying. The distribution of fertilizer is via screw conveyors and the movement achieved entirely from the wheel. Capacity is 1320 liters or 1000kg (specific weight 0,8 kg) with fertilizing range from 10 to 50 kg / ha, with 8 or 12 outputs.
  2. Double FS 450
     Fertilizer hopper of 900lt or 720kg capacity, painted with electrostatic paint. The distribution of fertilizer achieved through gears and the movement transmission achieved with wheel or part take off (PTO). Fertilizing range from 10 to 30 or 30 ??? 50 kg / ha, with 8 or 12 outputs.

• Disc Stabilizers of Frame
  Optional stabilizing discs placed in the machine in the position of the wheel frame. Recommended in fields with large gradients. They have double bearings and suspension springs for preventing strokes.

  1. D1
     Bedder fixed, width 35cm. Suitable for corn cultivations.
  2. D1
     Ripper fixed, width 45cm. Suitable for cotton cultivations.
  3. DA1
     Bedder of variable width from 30 to 45cm. Suitable for all cultivations.
