The good seed is the result of a well-prepared soil. The Working width series “Hermes-S” from 4 to 7m enables rapid preparation of the soil to a working depth of 12cm while the transport width to 3m, allows free and safe transport of the machine. Required Horsepower 120 – 300 Hp.

General Description
Cultivators of last preparation with 4 or 5-series tines of type Gare, double cylinders, adjustable suspensions, leveling bars and eradicator tines (optional). The series Hermes is equipped with straight tines or type S’ of German origin, with varying distance (from 9 to 11cm). The particular construction in combination with the dual cylinder, allow to increase the speed on the field to 22 km / h without entanglements resulting in rapid and economic preparation.

• Double Cylinders Selection

The two rows of rollers, the first of which has clockwise tines and the second counterclockwise, achieve excellent flattening and absolute soil leveling. Available in three versions cylinders BW, BC, XBC, for normal, hard and stony soils respectively.

• Suspension

The HERMES has 6 active suspension cylinders with mechanical depth setting. The rollers move “up and down” with possibility to change the angle of inclination depending on the slope, so as to better reflect the scragginess of the field and to flatten.

• Large Selection of Tines
  The HERMES is provided in the basic version with 4 rows German tines Gare P57 type I or S, spaced 6cm, permit the preparation of the soil to a depth of 12cm. Also available in 2-different types of German plates

• Frame Hydraulic Folding
  High strength frame with dimensions of 100 x 100 and 60×60. The horizontal hollow sections entangled through the transverse for stiffening the frame.

• 3-point Hitching

Extremely high strength threaded tower 2 positions for tractors of 2-categories, Cat-2 and Cat-3. Models S400-S401 have welded ‘tower’ .

• Hydraulic Folding

Hydraulic folding of HERMES offers transport width in 2.5m and 3.00m. The hydraulic cylinders combined with automatic locking valves and small transport width ensure free and safe transportation of the machinery in the streets.

• Vibrational Subframes

The central feature of HERMES is moving vibrational subframes. It is a second frame, which supports the tines and is connected to the main frame by a tensile spring. This gives the tines a ‘front – back’ move which, combined with the independent movement of the tines levels soil up twice more. Also subframes move ‘up-down’ so that in difficult ground conditions to avoid possible clogging.

• Spring Tines

Are optional equipment that replaces the double cylinders and is ideal for wet & muddy soils. At the back of the cultivator, are mounted in th suspensions 2, 3 or 4 rows of treaded springs of 10mm.

• Front Leveling Bar

Optional front leveling bar with depth adjustment and suspension with pressure springs to avoid overload. Combination with wheels working depth.

• Eradicator Tines
  Wide range of eradicator tines for the disappearance of traces (lines) of the wheel of the tractor:
  • ETS: The most suitable for rocky soils. They have pressure spring to avoid breakage in case conflict with stones. Very easy depth adjustment with pins.
  • ET25: The most economical solution of eradicator tines is squares tines 25x25mm of Bianchi without suspension (vibrancy).
